Job Description:

We are seeking a high-integrity and analytically rigorous Internal Control Lead to anchor our organizational governance. In the fast-moving FMCG and Agro-Allied landscape, success is defined by "Process Sovereignty", the ability to design and enforce control systems that protect assets, ensure financial precision, and mitigate risks before they impact the bottom line. This role is designed for a "Governance Architect" with 3–5 years of experience who can blend "Forensic Investigation Skills" with the "Strategic Insight" required to lead agricultural transformation through transparent operations.

Your mission is to ensure "Absolute Policy Adherence and Optimized Process Efficiency." You will be the primary steward of the internal control environment: responsible for identifying systemic gaps, leading investigations into irregularities, and fostering a culture of 100% compliance. If you possess "Audit-Ready Accuracy," hold a professional certification (ACA, ACCA, CIA, or CISA), and have a deep understanding of COSO or ICOFR frameworks, we want you to drive our operational excellence.

Requirements:

1. Framework Design & Risk Orchestration

• Systemic Architecture: Develop and continuously refine internal control policies and frameworks to align with global standards and evolving business needs.

• Risk Intelligence: Conduct periodic, deep-dive risk assessments across all business units—from farm-gate procurement to final product distribution—identifying and sealing control gaps.

• Audit Synergy: Support internal and external audit cycles, acting as the primary liaison to ensure all findings are addressed with permanent, systemic solutions.

2. Operational Forensic & Compliance Oversight

• Transaction Verification: Rigorously review financial and operational activities to ensure 100% compliance with internal SOPs and external regulatory requirements.

• Investigation Leadership: Lead the forensic response to control breaches or irregularities, utilizing investigative techniques to determine root causes and prevent recurrence.

• Process Strengthening: Work cross-functionally with supply chain, production, and finance teams to embed safety-critical controls into daily workflows.

3. Governance Reporting & Culture Advocacy

• Strategic Reporting: Prepare and present high-fidelity reports to executive management, translating complex audit findings into actionable recommendations for business improvement.

• Compliance Training: Deliver targeted training sessions to staff, transforming internal control from a "policing" function into a shared organizational value.

• ERP Integrity: Leverage ERP systems to monitor real-time data trends, ensuring digital records reflect physical reality with high precision.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

• Experience: 3–5 years in internal control, audit, or risk management (Experience in FMCG or Agro-Allied sectors is highly valued).

• Certifications (Mandatory/Preferred): Professional accreditation such as ACA, ACCA, CIA, or CISA.

• Technical Mastery: Solid understanding of COSO or ICOFR; proficiency in ERP environments and Microsoft Office.
