We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• Develop and implement annual internal audit plans based on risk assessment.
• Conduct financial, operational, and compliance audits.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal control systems.
• Perform audits across departments including finance, procurement, HR, projects, and operations.
• Identify key business risks and assess mitigation controls.
• Review internal processes to ensure adequate risk management.
• Test control procedures and identify control gaps.
• Recommend improvements to strengthen internal control systems.
• Review financial records, transactions, and accounting entries for accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, tax laws, and accounting standards.
• Monitor adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Detect and investigate irregularities, fraud risks, or misstatements.
• Evaluate procurement procedures, vendor selection processes, and contract management.
• Review project budgets, cost controls, and construction-related expenditures (if applicable).
• Assess inventory management and asset safeguarding practices.
• Evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of operational processes.
• Prepare detailed audit reports outlining findings, risks, and recommendations.
• Present audit results to senior management and audit committee.
• Follow up on corrective action plans and implementation status.
• Maintain proper documentation of audit evidence and working papers.
• Assist in developing and updating internal policies and SOPs.
• Promote internal control awareness across departments.
• Provide guidance to management on risk management best practices.
