Job Description:
- We are seeking an Innovation and Entrepreneurship Coordinator to support entrepreneurial initiatives, business incubation programs, and innovation-driven projects. The successful candidate will work with aspiring entrepreneurs, startups, and business leaders to promote sustainable growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate entrepreneurship and innovation programs.
- Support startup development and business incubation activities.
- Organize workshops, seminars, and training sessions.
- Develop partnerships with entrepreneurs and stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate program performance.
- Prepare reports and recommendations for management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Entrepreneurship, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Knowledge of entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Previous experience in entrepreneurship development is an added advantage.
Salary
