Job Description:
Are you a recent graduate or an enthusiastic individual looking to kick-start your career in Business Administration? We are seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Business Administration Intern to join our team and gain valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment.
Requirements:
- Provide administrative support to various departments.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and business documents.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate appointments.
- Assist with data entry and documentation.
- Support day-to-day office operations and special projects.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
- 0–1 year of relevant experience (NYSC members or recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
