Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Infrastructure Engineer to join our team in Abuja. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of complex infrastructure projects from initial planning and feasibility studies through to design and on-site supervision. We need a professional who combines technical precision with strong project management capabilities to ensure our roads, drainage, and utility networks meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Project Lifecycle Management: Plan, design, and supervise the execution of civil works, including roads, drainage systems, and water supply networks.

• Technical Design & Reporting: Prepare detailed engineering designs, drawings, technical specifications, cost estimates, and comprehensive project reports.

• Site Supervision: Conduct thorough site assessments and feasibility studies. Monitor progress on the ground to ensure strict compliance with approved designs, budgets, and timelines.

• Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as a primary point of contact for consultants, contractors, regulatory agencies, and internal project teams.

• Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and troubleshoot technical challenges that arise during execution to prevent delays.

• Compliance & HSE: Ensure all works adhere to local health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related engineering discipline.

• Certification: COREN certification is mandatory for this role.

• Experience: A minimum of 6 years of relevant professional experience in infrastructure engineering and project supervision.

• Technical Proficiency:

  • Expertise in roadworks, drainage, water supply networks, and utility infrastructure.

  • Proficiency in industry-standard software: AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
