Job Description:

• As an Independent Marketer, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our customer base through strategic marketing initiatives. 
• This hybrid role allows you to work independently while collaborating with our team to achieve shared goals.

Requirements:

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to generate leads and drive sales.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients.
• Present and promote Virgin-Landmarts Limited's products/services to target audiences.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions (online and occasional in-person).
• Provide feedback and insights to improve marketing and sales strategies.
• Utilize social media and digital marketing tools to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications and Skills:

• HND / OND / BSc Degree in any related field
• Proven experience in sales and marketing preferably but not mandatory
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
• Familiarity with the Lagos market and customer demographics.
• Access to a reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace for remote work.
• Must reside in Lagos, Nigeria.
