Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and systems-oriented HR Operations Officer to anchor the administrative and compliance engine of our Lagos operations. In the specialized landscape of modern Nigerian corporate structures, success is defined by "Operational Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize daily HR workflows with the clinical precision required for HRIS Management, Compensation Structuring, and Talent Lifecycle Governance. This role is designed for an "HR Architect" with 2–3 years of experience who can blend "Systemic Grit" (managing accurate records and payroll support) with the "Strategic Agility" required to collaborate with Executive Management on organizational design.
Requirements:
1. System Orchestration & Compliance Governance
Operations Sovereignty: Assist in the daily management of HR operations with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Systemic Efficiency."
Policy Architecture: Develop, implement, and update HR policies and compensation structures, providing the "Structural Foundation" for a compliant workforce.
Integrity Stewardship: Maintain accurate HRIS records and documentation, ensuring the "Source of Data Fidelity" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Talent Logic
Lifecycle Sovereignty: Support full talent management from workforce planning to succession, acting as the primary "Source of Talent Continuity."
Payroll Architecture: Coordinate accurate attendance tracking and documentation for payroll support, providing the "Functional Foundation" for financial reliability.
Conflict Stewardship: Utilize strong interpersonal skills to resolve workplace conflicts and manage employee relations, maintaining the "Source of Professional Harmony."
3. Operational Integrity & Cultural Power
Culture Sovereignty: Collaborate with Executive Management to deliver culture-building and communication strategies, acting as the primary "Source of Organizational Change."
Productivity Architecture: Facilitate performance management and retention initiatives, providing the "Behavioral Foundation" for increased workplace productivity.
Velocity Logic: Utilize 2–3 years of sector expertise and proficiency in HRM tools to resolve operational hurdles in real-time, maximizing the "Source of HR Throughput."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 2–3 years of active Human Resource experience.
Technical Mastery: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and specialized HRM tools/HRIS.
Certifications: CIPM or SHRM certification is a distinct advantage.
