We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

Summary:

• Manage HR operations for a growing microfinance institution, ensuring compliance, effective talent management, and a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and onboarding

• Prepare offer letters, contracts, and HR documentation

• Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes

• Support performance appraisal and improvement plans

• Coordinate training and staff development initiatives

• Maintain HR records and databases

• Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and statutory remittances (PAYE, NHF, NSITF, pension)

• Prepare payroll inputs and administer staff benefits and leave

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• HR experience, preferably in the financial services or microfinance sector.
• Understanding of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; HR software experience is an added advantage.
