Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Officer to join our team and serve as the backbone of our People Operations. This role is essential to our organizational growth, as you will be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle from attracting top talent and orchestrating seamless onboarding to fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring full regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate is an organized, high-integrity professional who can balance administrative precision with the interpersonal warmth needed to support our staff and drive organizational productivity.
Requirements:
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and facilitating smooth onboarding experiences that integrate new hires into our culture.
HR Administration & Systems: Maintain accurate and compliant employee records. Manage HR documentation and leverage HR Information Systems (HRIS) to streamline processes and ensure data integrity.
Performance Management: Support the execution of performance appraisal cycles. Partner with managers to set clear goals, provide feedback, and track staff development initiatives.
Policy & Compliance: Act as a guardian of our organizational policies. Ensure all HR practices remain in full compliance with relevant labour laws and internal standards.
Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to staff. Handle inquiries, manage conflict resolution with empathy and fairness, and contribute to an inclusive and positive workplace environment.
HR Strategy & Growth: Collaborate with leadership to refine HR systems, processes, and programs that support long-term organizational objectives and staff retention.
Qualifications and Skills:
Regulatory Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of local labour laws, employment practices, and regulatory requirements.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced skill in Microsoft Office and hands-on experience managing HR Information Systems (HRIS).
Interpersonal Excellence: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to maintain the highest levels of confidentiality and integrity.
Organizational Rigor: Proven ability to manage documentation, track employee data, and handle complex administrative tasks with high attention to detail.
Conflict Resolution: A proactive problem-solver with a calm and fair approach to sensitive employee issues.
