Job Description:
We are seeking a strategically elite, process-driven, and perceptually sharp Human Capital Governor to anchor the talent engine and organizational immune system of our firm. In a high-velocity business environment where institutional momentum is dictated by the velocity of talent-acquisition and the precision of the compliance-filter success is defined by "Human Capital Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize high-quality recruitment pipelines with the clinical precision required for Talent-Architecture, HR-Data Governance, and Employee-Experience Stewardship. This role is designed as an "HR Command Center" a critical residency for an ambitious HR professional who can blend "Recruitment Grit" (mastering the complexities of sourcing and selection) with the "Structural Agility" required to execute High-Fidelity Onboarding Workflows.
Requirements:
1. Talent Sovereignty & Pipeline Architecture
Sovereignty of Talent: Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing), acting as the primary "Source of Institutional-Hiring Throughput."
Pipeline Architecture: Develop and maintain robust talent pools, providing the "Structural Foundation" for ongoing hiring needs.
Integrity Stewardship: Conduct background checks and reference verifications, ensuring the "Source of New-Hire Truth" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Governance Sovereignty & Compliance Logic
Compliance Sovereignty: Maintain accurate employee records and ensure 100% HR-documentation compliance, acting as the primary "Source of Regulatory-Momentum."
Documentation Architecture: Oversee HR-record management, providing the "Functional Foundation" for audit-ready documentation and policy adherence.
Onboarding Stewardship: Coordinate high-fidelity onboarding and orientation, maintaining the "Source of Employee-Integration."
3. Operational Fidelity & Culture Power
Diagnostic Sovereignty: Provide general HR support and assist in day-to-day operations, acting as the primary "Source of Organizational-Agility."
Branding Architecture: Support employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier candidates, providing the "Relational Foundation" for market-leading culture positioning.
Velocity Logic: Utilize ATS/HR-Tools to accelerate the "Application-to-Integration" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Organizational-Productivity Momentum."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: BSc/HND in Human Resources Management or a related discipline.
Experience: 3 years of progressive experience in a structured HR environment.
Technical Power: Mastery of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR/recruitment tools (ATS proficiency is a distinct advantage).
Aptitude: Exceptional communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail capabilities; ability to manage sensitive data with high confidentiality.
Mindset: Proactive, organized, and ready to maintain "Talent Sovereignty" in a rapidly scaling organizational landscape.
Certifications: CIPM certification is highly preferred.
