Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and strategically minded Human Resources Manager to anchor the talent ecosystem of our Abuja operations. In a target-driven business environment, success is defined by "Talent Sovereignty",the ability to harmonize high-fidelity recruitment with the clinical precision required for performance management, labor compliance, and organizational development. This role is designed for a "People Architect" with at least 5 years of experience who can blend "Relational Grit" (handling grievances and conflict) with the "Commercial Agility" required to build compensation systems that drive sales performance.

Requirements:

1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Orchestration

  • Strategic Recruitment: Oversee the end-to-end selection process for sales consultants and operational staff, ensuring every hire is a "Source of Excellence" capable of delivering strong commercial outcomes.

  • Onboarding Sovereignty: Coordinate high-impact induction and probation management programs that accelerate the "Time-to-Productivity" for new hires.

  • Manpower Planning: Support leadership with clinical staffing analysis to ensure the business maintains the right human capital levels to hit aggressive sales targets.

2. Performance Architecture & Skill Evolution

  • KPI Alignment: Design and manage performance appraisal systems that link individual output directly to company-wide sales targets and operational KPIs.

  • Gap Mitigation: Work synchronously with department heads to track performance, identify "Competency Gaps," and implement technical improvement plans where necessary.

  • Capability Engineering: Coordinate specialized training programs to sharpen product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards across the organization.

3. Employee Relations & Regulatory Governance

  • Conflict Diplomacy: Serve as the primary architect for conflict resolution, handling grievances and disciplinary processes with clinical professionalism and fairness.

  • Compliance Integrity: Ensure 100% adherence to Nigerian Labor Laws and internal policies, maintaining audit-ready documentation for contracts, benefits, and terminations.

  • Culture Stewardship: Promote a professional workplace identity centered on teamwork and accountability, ensuring the "Human Element" supports the business's operational velocity.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: At least 5 years of robust HR experience with proven expertise in managing people and complex HR processes in a structured environment.

  • Industry Context: Previous experience supporting sales-driven or customer-facing teams is a significant strategic advantage.
