We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and legal compliance. The role is key to maintaining a positive workplace, attracting top talent, and supporting the firm's growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
• Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) is required.
• Minimum of 7 years of HR management experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
