Job Description:

  • We are looking to engage a competent and detail-oriented Human Resources Officer to support end-to-end HR operations and contribute to building a high-performance culture.
  • The successful candidate will play a critical role in talent management, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance, while supporting strategic HR initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, screening, and interview coordination
  • Manage onboarding and employee integration processes
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
  • Support performance management processes, including appraisals and KPI tracking
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Handle employee relations matters and provide guidance on HR issues
  • Support learning and development initiatives in collaboration with the L&D function
  • Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and regulatory requirements
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture programs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3 – 5 years’ experience in an HR role (experience in consulting or professional services is an advantage)
  • Strong understanding of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices
  • Experience with HR data analysis and reporting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • HR certification (e.g., CIPM) is an added advantage
