Job Description:
- We are looking to engage a competent and detail-oriented Human Resources Officer to support end-to-end HR operations and contribute to building a high-performance culture.
- The successful candidate will play a critical role in talent management, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance, while supporting strategic HR initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, screening, and interview coordination
- Manage onboarding and employee integration processes
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Support performance management processes, including appraisals and KPI tracking
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Handle employee relations matters and provide guidance on HR issues
- Support learning and development initiatives in collaboration with the L&D function
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and regulatory requirements
- Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture programs
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3 – 5 years’ experience in an HR role (experience in consulting or professional services is an advantage)
- Strong understanding of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices
- Experience with HR data analysis and reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- HR certification (e.g., CIPM) is an added advantage
