Job Description:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and performance management systems.
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
- Plan and execute staff training, workshops, and development programs.
- Monitor staff attendance, leave requests, and payroll input.
- Support management in workforce planning and organizational structure
- Foster a positive and inclusive company culture.
