Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite HR Business Partner (HRBP) to anchor the human capital engine of our organization. In a specialized corporate landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the talent cycle and the precision of the organizational design success is defined by "Organizational Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize HR initiatives with the clinical precision required for Strategic Advising, Workforce Planning, and Talent Acquisition. This role is designed for a "Leadership Architect" with 4–7 years of experience who can blend "Relational Grit" (managing conflict and employee relations) with the "Strategic Agility" required to interpret HR metrics and drive business success.
Requirements:
1. Orchestration & Strategic Governance
Advisory Sovereignty: Act as a strategic advisor to management on HR matters, acting as the primary "Source of Institutional Direction."
Workforce Architecture: Partner with leadership on organizational design and workforce planning, providing the "Structural Foundation" for scalable business growth.
Integrity Stewardship: Ensure 100% compliance with labor laws and company policies, ensuring the "Source of Legal Safety" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Talent Logic
Acquisition Sovereignty: Drive recruitment and talent acquisition processes to meet evolving needs, acting as the primary "Source of Competitive Talent."
Performance Architecture: Implement and support performance management systems, providing the "Functional Foundation" for employee development and accountability.
L&D Stewardship: Support learning and development initiatives across departments, maintaining the "Source of Organizational Competence."
3. Operational Integrity & Performance Power
Relations Sovereignty: Manage conflict resolution and disciplinary processes with high-fidelity emotional intelligence, acting as the primary "Source of Workplace Harmony."
Metric Architecture: Monitor HR metrics and provide data-driven insights for decision-making, providing the "Relational Foundation" for objective performance reviews.
Velocity Logic: Utilize 4–7 years of HR expertise to accelerate onboarding and exit management cycles, maximizing the "Source of Operational Throughput."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 4 – 7 years of HR experience (Minimum 2 years as a Business Partner).
Certification Advantage: Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) is highly preferred.
Domain Mastery: Deep knowledge of Nigerian Labor Laws and HR best practices.
