Job Description:

Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for driving operational excellence in the construction and real estate sector? We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources & Administration Manager to lead our HR strategies and administrative functions. If you have a proven track record of managing talent and ensuring regulatory compliance in this fast-paced industry, we want to hear from you.

Requirements:

  • HR Strategy & Policy: Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs aligned with organizational goals and construction industry best practices.

  • Talent Acquisition: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, including rigorous credential verification and background checks.

  • Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage performance evaluations, training, career development, and employee relations to build a high-performing workforce.

  • Administrative Excellence: Lead all office management, facilities oversight, asset management, and vendor relations.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to Nigerian labor laws, local regulations, and internal company policies.

  • Dispute Resolution: Handle grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions with fairness and legal precision.

  • HR Operations: Maintain meticulous employee records, manage attendance tracking systems, and prepare accurate data for payroll and benefits administration.

  • Culture & Retention: Drive initiatives to boost employee engagement and retention, working closely with senior management to align HR practices with business growth.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. (A Master’s degree is considered a significant advantage).

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of combined, verifiable experience in HR and Administration, specifically within the Real Estate or Property Construction industry.

  • Certification: Relevant HR professional certification (e.g., CIPM, CIHRM, or SHRM-CP) is mandatory.

  • Legal Expertise: Deep understanding of Nigerian labor laws and industrial regulations.

  • Operational Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage payroll, conduct thorough background checks, and improve operational efficiency.

  • Soft Skills: Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills to engage effectively with all levels of the organization and external stakeholders.
