Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite HR / Admin Officer to anchor the operational engine of our Rivers-based organization. In a specialized logistics and security landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the recruitment cycle and the precision of the payroll run success is defined by "Human Capital Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize staff welfare with the clinical precision required for Performance Assessments, Labor Law Compliance, and Security Recruitment. This role is designed for a "Governance Architect", specifically an HND/Bachelor’s holder with 2–5 years of experience—who can blend "Administrative Grit" (managing payroll, attendance, and punctuality) with the "Strategic Agility" required to conduct job evaluations and staff training.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Talent Governance

  • Recruitment Sovereignty: Manage the end-to-end hiring process with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Security Personnel Integrity."

  • Onboarding Architecture: Engineer seamless transition workflows from advertising to activation, providing the "Structural Foundation" for rapid staff deployment.

  • Integrity Stewardship: Maintain accurate and accessible staff records, ensuring the "Source of Employee History" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Fiscal Logic

  • Payroll Sovereignty: Handle payroll administration and staff benefits with clinical accuracy, acting as the primary "Source of Financial Trust."

  • Compliance Architecture: Ensure all activities align with labor laws and company policies, providing the "Functional Foundation" for regulatory safety.

  • Attendance Stewardship: Monitor punctuality and attendance metrics, maintaining the "Source of Operational Discipline."

3. Operational Integrity & Growth Power

  • Performance Sovereignty: Conduct job evaluations and performance assessments, acting as the primary "Source of Workforce Excellence."

  • Cultural Architecture: Promote a positive workplace culture and resolve disputes diplomatically, providing the "Relational Foundation" for staff retention.

  • Velocity Logic: Utilize 2–5 years of HR experience to accelerate the "Training-to-Productivity" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Human Capital Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: HND / Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.

  • Experience: 2 – 5 years of progressive experience in HR and Office Administration.

  • Legal Mastery: Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment law.

  • Technical Power: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and HRIS (HR Information Systems).

Core Competencies
