Job Description:
- We are looking for a proactive and experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of HR practices and processes.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, staff development, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- The HR Manager will play a key role in fostering a positive work environment and enhancing employee engagement.
Requirements:
- Recruitment & Staffing: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job postings and interviews to hiring and onboarding.
- Employee Relations: Address staff concerns, mediate conflicts, and ensure a positive work environment.
- Performance Management: Develop and implement performance evaluation processes, provide feedback, and support employee growth.
- Training & Development: Organize training programs and initiatives to enhance staff skills and productivity.
- HR Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies, maintaining updated employee records.
- Payroll & Benefits Administration: Work with the finance team to oversee salary processing, benefits, and staff incentives.
- Workplace Culture & Engagement: Promote a healthy workplace culture through employee engagement activities and initiatives.
- Discipline & Grievance Handling: Manage disciplinary actions, terminations, and workplace grievances professionally.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle sensitive situations with confidentiality.
- Proficiency in HR software, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace.
