Job Description:

As our HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our human resources operations, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and performance management. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our workforce is aligned with our business goals as we expand.

Requirements:

• Strategic Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent, managing the end-to-end hiring process.

• Employee Development & Engagement: Design and facilitate training programs, manage performance appraisal systems, and champion initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

• HR Operations & Compliance: Administer payroll, benefits, and leave policies while ensuring full compliance with Nigerian labor laws and industry regulations.

• Organizational Development: Provide guidance to management on employee relations, conflict resolution, and change management as the company scales.

• Policy Implementation: Maintain up-to-date HR documentation, policies, and procedures to ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education & Experience: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in HR management, preferably within the fashion, retail, or fast-paced consumer goods sector.

• Professional Certification: Membership with a recognized professional body (e.g., CIPM) is a strong advantage.

• Strategic Thinking: Ability to balance operational HR tasks with long-term strategic planning.

• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to engage staff at all levels.

• Resilience: A proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-evolving business environment.
