HR Aid Consults provides professional Human Resource advisory and consulting services to small businesses.
Job Description:
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company objectives.
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, shortlisting, interviews, onboarding.
Maintain and update employee records in line with labor laws and company policies.
Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
Develop and coordinate training & development programs to enhance staff performance.
Support managers in performance management and appraisal systems.
Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws, health & safety regulations, and organizational standards.
Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination (where applicable).
Promote a positive organizational culture, employee engagement, and retention strategies.
Requirements:
- Must be smart and have extensive HR Generalist experience.
- Excellent recruitment skills.
- Good knowledge of performance management
- Good knowledge of payroll
- Knowledge of labour laws and standard HR practices.
- Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Must have excellent written & verbal skills.
- Proximity to Ikeja is an advantage.
Qualifications and Skills:
- BSc in any field
- 3 -4 years
