HR Aid Consults provides professional Human Resource advisory and consulting services to small businesses.

Job Description:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company objectives.

  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, shortlisting, interviews, onboarding.

  • Maintain and update employee records in line with labor laws and company policies.

  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.

  • Develop and coordinate training & development programs to enhance staff performance.

  • Support managers in performance management and appraisal systems.

  • Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws, health & safety regulations, and organizational standards.

  • Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination (where applicable).

  • Promote a positive organizational culture, employee engagement, and retention strategies.

Requirements:

  • Must be smart and have extensive HR Generalist experience.
  • Excellent recruitment skills.
  • Good knowledge of performance management
  • Good knowledge of payroll
  • Knowledge of labour laws and standard HR practices.
  • Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Must have excellent written & verbal skills.
  • Proximity to Ikeja is an advantage.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • BSc in any field
  • 3 -4 years
