Documentation Sovereignty: Maintain accurate and audit-ready HSE records, including incident logs, inspection reports, and safety training documentation.
Corrective Action: Advise site management on safety improvements and ensure that corrective actions from safety audits are implemented with high velocity.
3. Training & Personnel Stewardship
Safety Mentorship: Conduct high-impact toolbox talks, safety inductions, and regular training sessions to foster a "Safety-First" mindset among workers and subcontractors.
PPE Governance: Ensure the 100% correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by all site personnel and visitors.
Contractor Oversight: Monitor the safety performance of subcontractors, ensuring their operations align with the site’s overarching safety framework.
