Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Officer to join our team in Lagos. In this role, you will be the backbone of our administrative HR functions, ensuring seamless daily operations while actively supporting the design and execution of impactful HR initiatives that drive our organizational goals.
Requirements:
Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day administrative HR tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Assist in the development and rollout of new HR programs, policies, and employee engagement strategies.
Manage employee records and documentation with high attention to detail.
Support the recruitment, onboarding, and performance management cycles.
Act as a bridge between management and employees, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: A Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
Professional Development: Possession of an HR Certification (e.g., CIPM, PHRi, or equivalent) is a distinct advantage.
Experience: A minimum of 2–3 years of hands-on experience working as an HR Generalist.
Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of HR best practices and local labor regulations.
