Job Description:

  • We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager with a strong specialization in Compensation and Benefits to join our team in a manufacturing environment.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing competitive compensation structures and benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate employees while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive pay structures.
  • Design, review, and manage employee benefits programs (health insurance, pensions, allowances, etc.).
  • Oversee payroll processes and ensure accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Lead job evaluation and grading systems within the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations.
  • Partner with leadership to support performance management and reward systems.
  • Provide guidance to management on compensation policies and employee relations matters.
  • Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports to support decision-making.
  • Manage and mentor the HR team to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent) is required.
  • 7–10 years’ HR experience, with a strong focus on Compensation & Benefits.
  • Mandatory experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of job evaluation methods and salary structuring.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
