Job Description:

Recruitment and Talent Management

  • Develop and execute the company’s annual recruitment plan to ensure timely hiring for key positions.

  • Utilize LinkedIn, JobberNaija, and other major recruitment platforms to build effective hiring pipelines.

  • Organize candidate screening, interviews, offer issuance, and onboarding processes to optimize recruitment cycle time and cost.

 

Performance Management and Incentives

  • Design and implement a structured performance appraisal system, monitor results, and drive continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate with departments to establish KPIs aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.

  • Propose incentive programs, including bonus plans, promotions, and employee development initiatives.

 

HR Policies and Employee Relations

  • Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws, NSITF, ITF, HMO, pension, and tax regulations.

  • Manage employment contracts, employee relations, terminations, and labor dispute resolutions to protect company interests.

  • Organize staff activities, training programs, and benefits schemes to enhance employee engagement and retention.

 

Organizational Development and Culture

  • Optimize organizational structures to improve workforce efficiency and operational performance.

  • Foster and reinforce a positive company culture that promotes productivity and employee satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Extensive recruitment expertise with practical experience using LinkedIn and major Nigerian recruitment platforms.

  • Skilled in designing and implementing performance appraisal systems and employee incentive programs with measurable results.

  • In-depth knowledge of Nigerian labor laws, social security, tax regulations, and employee benefits, with the ability to ensure compliance and manage dispute resolution.

  • Strong communication, coordination, and cross-cultural management skills.

  • Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and HR metrics interpretation.

  • Excellent written and spoken English; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

 

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, including at least 2 years in a role as HR Manager or HR Business Partner (HRBP).

  • Experience in renewable energy or multinational companies is an advantage.
