Job Description:
Update company databases with new employee contact details and employment information.
Review resumes and application forms to screen and shortlist qualified candidates.
Organize and schedule interviews for shortlisted applicants.
Post job advertisements on job boards and social media platforms.
Remove job postings once positions are filled.
Assist HR in gathering market salary and compensation data.
Support in planning and organizing company events.
Draft and send offer letters, rejection emails, and other recruitment correspondence.
Coordinate new hire orientations and onboarding processes.
Respond to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, or currently pursuing a degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
Previous work experience in a relevant role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
High attention to detail.
