Job Description:

  • Update company databases with new employee contact details and employment information.

  • Review resumes and application forms to screen and shortlist qualified candidates.

  • Organize and schedule interviews for shortlisted applicants.

  • Post job advertisements on job boards and social media platforms.

  • Remove job postings once positions are filled.

  • Assist HR in gathering market salary and compensation data.

  • Support in planning and organizing company events.

  • Draft and send offer letters, rejection emails, and other recruitment correspondence.

  • Coordinate new hire orientations and onboarding processes.

  • Respond to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, or currently pursuing a degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.

  • Previous work experience in a relevant role.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills.

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.

  • High attention to detail.

Salary

₦50,000 - ₦100,000/month
