Job Description:

• As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in shaping a high-performance culture that drives business growth.
• This role focuses on leveraging data-driven insights to enhance workforce strategy, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness.
• You will collaborate with leadership to implementHR strategies that foster innovation, engagement, and a strong employer brand,while aligning people management practices with Proten’s business goals.
• You are expected to demonstrate strong strategic thinking and the ability to link HR initiatives with business growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related fields
• HR certification is required (CIPM, SPHRI, aPHR)
• 4 - 6 years years of experience as HR Generalist, preferably in the management consulting sector.
• Ability to clearly communicate with the team without ambiguity
• Excellent organizational and people management skills.
• Strong decision-making and problem solving skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Conversant with HRMS and Google Workspace
• Excellent knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
