Job Description:

2. Tactical Resilience & Performance Logic
Performance Sovereignty: Drive the annual appraisal and goal-setting cycles with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Meritocratic Excellence."
Capability Architecture: Identify skill gaps and coordinate specialized training programs, providing the "Functional Foundation" for a future-ready workforce.

Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Experience: Proven track record as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Generalist.
Industry Edge: Financial Services experience is highly desirable and preferred.
