Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite HR Business Partner to anchor the strategic engine of our Lagos Island operations. Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Partnership Governance

  • Strategic Sovereignty: Act as a dedicated consultant to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with commercial goals to serve as the primary "Source of Organizational Alignment."

  • Talent Architecture: Lead high-fidelity recruitment and onboarding strategies, providing the "Structural Foundation" for a top-tier workforce in the financial sector.

  • Integrity Stewardship: Oversee employee relations and grievance management, ensuring the "Source of Workplace Harmony" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Performance Logic

  • Performance Sovereignty: Drive the annual appraisal and goal-setting cycles with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Meritocratic Excellence."

  • Capability Architecture: Identify skill gaps and coordinate specialized training programs, providing the "Functional Foundation" for a future-ready workforce.

3. Operational Integrity & Financial Power

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Experience: Proven track record as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Generalist.

  • Industry Edge: Financial Services experience is highly desirable and preferred.

  • Technical Power: Strong understanding of HR Strategy, Labor Law, and Performance Systems.

  • Location: Must be able to work onsite at Lagos Island.
