Support workforce planning, talent development, employee relations, and organizational change to enhance team performance and staff well-being
Collaborate closely with operations to drive employee engagement, retention, and compliance
Carry out other related responsibilities as required
Requirements:
Qualifications and Skills:
- First degree or its equivalent in Business Administration or any other relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 8 years' experience on similar role in an FMCG/Multinational environment
