We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite HR Associate to anchor the human capital engine of our furniture manufacturing operations. In a specialized production landscapewhere institutional momentum is dictated by the efficiency of the factory floor and the precision of the artisan-lifecycle success is defined by "Workforce Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize high-volume recruitment with the clinical precision required for Documentary Fidelity, Performance Governance, and Regulatory Compliance. This role is designed for a "People Architect" specifically a professional with 2 to 4 years of experience who can blend "Human Capital Grit" (mastering the nuances of factory labor and artisan management) with the "Strategic Agility" required to execute High-Fidelity HR Operations.
Requirements:
1. Orchestration & Workforce Governance
Sovereignty of the Pipeline: Lead the sourcing and recruitment of skilled furniture artisans (carpenters, upholsterers, polishers), acting as the primary "Source of Operational Talent."
Documentation Architecture: Maintain and update all employee files (physical/digital), providing the "Structural Foundation" for full audit readiness.
Integrity Stewardship: Ensure strict compliance with labor laws and company policies, ensuring the "Source of Regulatory Truth" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Performance Logic
Payroll/Attendance Sovereignty: Track attendance, leave, and overtime, acting as the primary "Source of Payroll Accuracy."
Lifecycle Architecture: Facilitate end-to-end onboarding and orientation, providing the "Functional Foundation" for rapid artisan integration.
Discipline Stewardship: Assist in resolving workplace conflicts and managing probationary reviews, maintaining the "Source of Factory Discipline."
3. Operational Integrity & Workforce Power
Benefit Sovereignty: Assist in administering employee welfare programs, acting as the primary "Source of Staff Retention."
Analytics Architecture: Prepare regular HR reports (headcount, turnover, absenteeism), providing the "Relational Foundation" for management decision-making.

Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 2 – 4 years of proven HR experience, with a strong preference for a manufacturing or production environment.
Technical Power: Strong proficiency in HR record-keeping, payroll support, and local labor law compliance.
