Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and service-oriented Hotel Supervisor to anchor our operations in the Opic/Berger axis. In the competitive hospitality landscape of the Lagos-Ogun corridor, success is defined by "Service Fluidity", the ability to harmonize rigorous staff coordination with a "Guest-First" problem-solving approach. This role is designed for a "Leadership Architect" who can blend "Operational Grit" with the "Interpersonal Diplomacy" required to handle elite guest requests and ensure 100% compliance with safety and cleanliness protocols.
Requirements:
1. Staff Orchestration & Performance Mentorship
Direct Supervision: Oversee hotel staff and coordinate daily activities to ensure "Zero-Friction" workflow across all departments.
Guidance & Development: Monitor staff performance in real-time, providing the technical guidance and mentorship needed to maintain elite service standards.
Shift Governance: Assist in the precision scheduling and management of shifts, ensuring optimal coverage during peak occupancy periods.
2. Guest Experience & Incident Diplomacy
Resolution Sovereignty: Handle guest inquiries, complex complaints, and high-value special requests with professional agility and a solution-oriented mindset.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the hotel maintains the highest standards of Cleanliness, Safety, and Customer Service at all times.
Policy Stewardship: Ensure all interactions and operational tasks comply strictly with hotel policies and established procedures.
3. Operational Support & Strategic Alignment
Goal Integration: Support management in executing operational strategies designed to hit revenue and occupancy targets.
Safety & Compliance: Enforce rigorous safety protocols to protect both guests and hotel assets.
Multitasking Agility: Thrive under pressure by managing multiple operational tasks—from front-desk oversight to housekeeping audits—simultaneously.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Experience: Proven experience in a supervisory role specifically within the Hospitality Industry.
Location: Must reside within the Opic, Mowe, Ibafo, or Berger axis to ensure seamless attendance and regional familiarity.
Leadership: Strong ability to lead and motivate a diverse team under high-pressure conditions.
