Job Description:

We are seeking a professional and welcoming Hotel Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our guests in Zango, Kogi. In this role, you will define the guest experience from the moment they walk through our doors. We are looking for an organized, polite, and tech-savvy individual who can handle front-desk operations, manage reservations, and coordinate seamlessly with other departments to ensure every guest enjoys a comfortable and seamless stay. Requirements:

• Guest Services: Manage the seamless check-in and check-out process, ensuring each guest receives a warm and professional welcome.

• Reservations & Inquiries: Efficiently manage room bookings, handle guest requests, and answer inquiries via phone and email with professional courtesy.

• Front Office Operations: Process guest payments, maintain accurate ledger records, and manage daily front-office documentation.

• Cross-Departmental Coordination: Communicate effectively with Housekeeping and other hotel teams to address guest needs and ensure high satisfaction standards.

• Conflict Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for guest complaints, resolving issues promptly, empathetically, and efficiently.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Minimum of OND, HND, or B.Sc.

• Experience: Previous experience in a hotel or customer service environment is an advantage.
