Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and service-oriented Hotel Receptionist to anchor our hospitality engine. In the prestigious world of guest services, success is defined by "Guest Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize a welcoming atmosphere with the clinical precision required for check-in/out processes, reservation management, and accurate billing. This role is designed for a "Front-Desk Architect" with a proven track record in customer service who can blend "Social Grit" (handling guest complaints and inquiries with poise) with the "Operational Agility" required to coordinate with housekeeping and manage hotel reservation systems.
Requirements:
1. Experience Orchestration & Welcome Governance
Reception Sovereignty: Greet and welcome guests with professional poise, ensuring the first point of contact acts as a "Source of Institutional Excellence."
Operational Architecture: Manage check-in and check-out processes with clinical focus, acting as the primary "Source of Efficiency" for the guest journey.
Atmosphere Stewardship: Ensure the front-desk area remains clean, organized, and presentable, maintaining the "Source of Visual Brand Identity."
2. Tactical Resilience & Reservation Logic
Inventory Sovereignty: Handle reservations, cancellations, and room allocations with millimetric precision, acting as the "Source of Revenue Protection."
Inquiry Architecture: Respond to guest requests and complaints promptly, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for immediate problem-solving and service recovery.
Coordination Stewardship: Liaise with housekeeping and other internal departments, ensuring "Zero-Friction" in the readiness of guest rooms and facilities.
3. Administrative Integrity & Communication Power
Record Sovereignty: Maintain accurate guest records and billing information, ensuring every transaction acts as a "Source of Financial Integrity."
Digital Architecture: Answer phone calls and respond to emails with high-velocity focus, acting as the "Source of Reliable Information" for prospective and current guests.
System Logic: Utilize Hotel Reservation Systems to optimize room occupancy and guest preferences, providing the "Source of Personalized Service."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Experience: Proven experience in a customer service or receptionist role (Hospitality Sector experience is highly preferred).
Technical Mastery: Proficiency in basic computer applications; experience with Hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) is a significant strategic advantage.
Aesthetic Standards: Professional appearance and a consistently positive, resilient attitude.
