Job Description:

• We are seeking a highly organized and hands-on Hotel Operations Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the daily activities of our hotel departments.
• The ideal candidate will work closely with department heads to ensure smooth operations, maintain service quality, and guarantee guest satisfaction.
• This role is key to ensuring the hotel runs efficiently and profitably.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of key hotel departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance.
• Monitor daily operations to ensure service standards, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction are consistently met.
• Work closely with the General Manager to implement operational strategies and meet hotel performance goals.
• Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring effective resolution and improved guest experience.
• Conduct daily inspections of rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure compliance with hotel standards.
• Assist in scheduling staff shifts, monitoring attendance, and maintaining productivity across departments.
• Support recruitment, training, and development of staff to ensure consistent service quality.
• Prepare and submit operational reports, including occupancy rates, guest feedback, and departmental performance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely delivery of goods and services.
• Promote teamwork and communication between departments to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field with 1 - 2 years of work experience.
