Job Description:

Role Overview We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our hospitality team in Berger. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, ensuring that every guest experiences a comfortable, spotless, and welcoming environment.

Requirements:

• Room Maintenance: Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and deep-disinfecting surfaces.

• Hygiene Standards: Ensure all bathrooms are scrubbed and sanitized to achieve a "spotless" standard.

• Turnover Duties: Efficiently strip and change bed linens, and replace used towels.

• Inventory Management: Restock guest amenities such as toiletries, refreshments, and stationery to ensure the room is fully prepared for arrivals.

• Guest Service: Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor, responding promptly and politely to any guest requests.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Qualification: Minimum of an SSCE (Senior School Certificate Examination).

• Age: Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

• Experience: Previous experience is not mandatory, though a basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and professional cleaning equipment is a significant advantage.

• Location: Candidates must reside within close proximity to our location. Applicants from the following areas are encouraged to apply: Ogba, Agege, Ikeja, Ojodu Berger, Akute, or the Ketu axis.

• Personal Attributes: High level of integrity, a strong work ethic, and the ability to maintain cleanliness standards consistently.
