We are seeking a seasoned Hospitality Manager to provide visionary leadership for our operations in Abuja. You will be responsible for setting the standard for guest excellence, managing our hospitality team, and ensuring that every aspect of our service from facility maintenance to guest satisfaction—is executed to the highest professional standard. Requirements:

• Operational Leadership: Direct daily hospitality operations to ensure consistent, superior service delivery.

• Team Management: Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance management of our hospitality staff to build a high-performing team.

• Guest Experience: Champion guest satisfaction, proactively ensuring their needs are met and handling any complaints with professionalism and speed.

• Quality & Compliance: Uphold rigorous standards for cleanliness, safety, and regulatory compliance.

• Business Operations: Manage budgets, monitor inventory, and track expenses to ensure operational efficiency.

• Strategic Oversight: Implement new operational policies and procedures; coordinate events, meetings, and special guest requirements as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, Tourism Management, or a related field. Professional certifications are a significant advantage.

• Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in hospitality, hotel, or facility management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
