Job Description:
- We are looking for a smart, organized, and compassionate registered nurse to supervise home care operations and support our caregivers and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support caregivers to ensure quality service delivery.
- Monitor caregivers' attendance, performance, and compliance with company policies.
- Conduct client visits and follow - ups to ensure client satisfaction.
- Handle caregiver scheduling, deployment, and replacements when necessary.
- Escalate and report incidents, complaints, or emergencies appropriately.
- Maintain accurate client and caregiver records.
- Participate in caregiver recruitment, orientation, and training.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid practicing license and a Bachelor's Degree qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years post - graduate nursing experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience in home care, elderly care, or patient management is an added advantage.
- Ability to supervise caregivers and maintain professional standards.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and report writing.
- Must be professional, compassionate, and detail - oriented.
Salary
