Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Head, Treasury to anchor the financial engine of our Group’s EPCIC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation, and Commissioning) operations. In a specialized industrial landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the cash conversion cycle and the precision of the funding structure success is defined by "Capital Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize multi-entity operations with the clinical precision required for Project Financing, FX Management, and Liquidity Governance. This role is designed for a "Financial Architect", specifically a professional with a Bachelor’s degree and extensive leadership experience who can blend "Fiscal Grit" (structuring bank facilities and trade finance instruments like LCs) with the "Strategic Agility" required to implement Group-wide hedging and cash pooling strategies.
Requirements:
1. Orchestration & Funding Governance
Strategy Sovereignty: Develop and implement the Group treasury strategy with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Capital Alignment."
Funding Architecture: Structure and secure bank facilities and project finance for EPCIC mandates, providing the "Structural Foundation" for project execution.
Integrity Stewardship: Establish treasury policies and governance frameworks across all entities, ensuring the "Source of Financial Control" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Liquidity Logic
Liquidity Sovereignty: Oversee Group cash flow planning and monitoring, acting as the primary "Source of Operational Funding."
Optimization Architecture: Drive initiatives to improve the cash conversion cycle and optimize working capital, providing the "Functional Foundation" for project-level billing and milestone payments.
Risk Stewardship: Identify and manage FX, interest rate, and liquidity risks through hedging, maintaining the "Source of Market Resilience."
3. Operational Integrity & Relationship Power
Banking Sovereignty: Manage the Group’s banking structure and negotiate service levels/fees, acting as the primary "Source of Institutional Trust."
Operations Architecture: Oversee daily payments, collections, and trade finance (LCs, bonds, guarantees), providing the "Relational Foundation" for supply chain continuity.
Velocity Logic: Utilize extensive EPCIC treasury experience to accelerate the "Sourcing-to-Sovereignty" cycle of foreign exchange, maximizing the "Source of Financial Throughput."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field (Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Engineering preferred).
Experience: Progressive leadership experience in treasury, ideally within an EPCIC, Oil & Gas, or Process Manufacturing environment.
Technical Power: Proficiency in Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and financial modeling.
Domain Mastery: Deep knowledge of Trade Finance (LCs, Bonds, Guarantees) and FX sourcing.
Core Competencies
Fiscal Grit: Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage complex relationships with local and international banks.
Capital Sovereignty: Mastery of the "Project-Finance-to-Execution" lifecycle.
