Job Description:
- Develop and execute sales and business development strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to drive consistent high performance
- Identify new markets, strategic partnerships, and profitable customer segments
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance retention and growth
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform sales strategy
- Oversee the development of sales pitches, proposals, and presentations
- Establish and track key performance metrics for sales team effectiveness
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to align business development initiatives
- Drive customer acquisition campaigns and implement cross-selling/up-selling strategies
- Conduct regular sales reviews, forecast revenue, and report performance to executive leadership
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies within sales activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
- 5–8 years’ experience in sales or business development (preferably in financial services)
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and leading successful sales teams
- Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to build and sustain high-value client relationships
