Job Description:
- Lead Generation:Drive lead generation efforts through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship building with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders to expandNairametrics’ client base.
- Client Engagement:Foster and nurture relationships with existing clients toidentifyopportunities, enhance client satisfaction, and drive revenue growth through repeat business.
- Partnership Development:Identifyand forge strategic partnerships with corporate clients and stakeholders to broadenNairametrics’ market reach and enhance brand visibility.
- Marketing Campaigns:Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and events, to amplify brand awareness and attract new customers.
- Sales Support:Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, and provide marketing support by crafting sales collateral, presentations, and proposals.
- Team Leadership and Management:Lead and manage the sales team,providingstrategic guidance, coaching, and support to ensure alignment with marketing initiatives and revenue goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, ora relatedfield.
- Minimum of 10years’ experience in marketing, growth, or commercial roles, with a proventrack recordin lead generation and revenue growth.
- Strong experience in B2B marketing, client acquisition, and partnership development, preferably within media, fintech, or financial services.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams,setKPIs, and drive performance.
- Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability and data-driven decision-making.
