Job Description:
We are seeking a high-performing and commercially driven Sales & Business Development Leader to spearhead enterprise growth, strategic partnerships, and revenue expansion for a fast-growing, impact-focused organisation operating at the intersection of leadership development, innovation, and ecosystem building.
Requirements:
Strategic Sales Ownership: Drive enterprise sales across leadership programs, platforms, and events.
B2B Engagement: Lead high-value B2B sales engagements with senior executives in multinational organisations.
Growth Strategy: Develop and execute scalable sales strategies to achieve aggressive revenue targets.
Stakeholder Management: Build and manage strategic relationships with HR, L&D, and C-suite stakeholders.
Partnerships & Solutions: Drive renewals, expansions, and multi-year enterprise partnerships; structure and sell bundled offerings, sponsorships, and customised solutions.
Operational Excellence: Manage sales pipelines, external partners, and agencies to ensure consistent deal flow.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA or Master’s degree is an advantage.
Experience: 7+ years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, or strategic partnerships.
Proven Impact: A strong commercial track record with responsibility for significant revenue generation (500M+).
Expertise: Experience delivering leadership, consulting, events, or ecosystem-based solutions.
Skills: Proven ability to sell to senior decision-makers in large organisations; excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
Network: A strong network across corporate, tech, creative, or institutional sectors is a plus.
