Job Description:
- Are you a results-driven sales leader with a passion for building high-performing teams and delivering consistent growth?
- We’re hiring a Head of Sales to drive our nationwide sales strategy, grow market share, and lead the execution of commercial objectives across all channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth across key trade channels
- Lead, mentor, and manage regional sales managers and field teams to consistently meet and exceed sales targets
- Build strong relationships with key distributors, partners, and retail chains
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy.
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, and supply chain teams to align business efforts and maximize profitability
- Report on sales performance and provide insights for data-driven decision-making
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is an added advantage)
- 8–10 years experience in sales leadership roles within FMCG, beverages, or retail sectors
- Proven success in building and managing nationwide sales structures and route-to-market strategies
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
- Proficiency in sales reporting tools, CRM platforms, and Excel
