Job Description:

We are seeking a high-performing and strategic Head of Sales & Marketing to lead our revenue generation and brand expansion efforts. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the architectural design and execution of our sales and marketing strategies, specifically tailored for the competitive Nigerian real estate market. You will lead a dedicated team to surpass revenue targets while positioning our brand as a leader in property development and investment.

The ideal candidate is a results-oriented leader who combines deep market intelligence with a proven ability to close high-value transactions and build lasting client relationships.

Requirements:

Strategic Growth & Market Leadership

  • Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive sales and marketing frameworks aimed at driving sustainable business growth and aggressive market expansion.

  • Brand Positioning: Oversee all marketing campaigns and customer acquisition initiatives, ensuring our brand identity resonates with target demographics.

  • Market Intelligence: Monitor real estate market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to provide data-driven recommendations for business decisions.

Sales Management & Revenue Drive

  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the sales team, providing the tools and guidance necessary to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.

  • Performance Tracking: Utilize CRM tools and analytics to monitor sales pipelines, track conversion rates, and optimize the performance of the entire department.

  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain high-level relationships with institutional clients, investors, partners, and key industry stakeholders.

Operational Oversight

Qualifications and Skills:
