Job Description:

• Develop and implement a sales strategy to increase revenue and market shares
• ⁠Identify and develop new sales channels including modern trade distributors, wholesales and re commerce platforms
• ⁠Develop marketing strategy to strengthen brand positioning and consumer engagement
• ⁠Identify and develop new market, regions and customers segments across Nigeria
• ⁠Lead and build a high performing sales and marketing team across Nigeria

Requirements:

• Experience: 10+ years in sales and marketing, preferably in FMCG, cosmetics, or beauty brands.
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Nigerian retail, distribution, and consumer market.
• Sales & Marketing Expertise: Proven track record in driving revenue growth and market penetration.
• Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead sales teams and marketing professionals.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify new market opportunities and develop go-to-market strategies.
• Negotiation & Relationship Management: Experience in handling key accounts, retailers, and distributors.
• Digital Marketing Acumen: Familiarity with social media, influencer marketing, and e-commerce growth strategies.
• Data-Driven Decision-Making: Strong analytical skills to measure performance and adjust strategies accordingly.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in beauty, cosmetics, or personal care FMCG is a strong advantage.
• Proven success in launching and scaling brands in competitive markets.
