We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• We are hiring a Head of Operations to lead our daily activities and drive operational efficiency.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow across all departments.
• Develop and implement operational strategies and policies.
• Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion.
• Monitor performance, set KPIs, and drive operational excellence.
• ⁠Manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively.
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members for peak performance.

Requirements:

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's, Master's Degree or HND with 4–6 years of proven experience in operations management.
• Strong project management skills (PMP certification is a plus).
• ⁠Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Automobile Logistics experience is a plus
