We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• A results-driven professional with extensive banking experience and a passion for operational excellence is needed
• Join our team as Head of Operations, where you’ll be ensuring smooth daily banking operations and regulatory compliance, with a strong background in microfinance or commercial banking operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all bank operations across branches.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal control policies.
• Oversee loan processing, account management, and customer service.
• Coordinate interdepartmental workflows and technology systems.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity.
• Supervise operational audits and risk mitigation procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or a related field (MBA is an added advantage).
• Experience in banking, with at least 3 years in a senior operations role.
• Strong knowledge of microfinance operations and CBN regulations.
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams.
