Job Description:
We are seeking a high-impact Head of Operations to drive the engine of our HR advisory and recruitment firm. In this role, you will be the bridge between high-level strategy and daily execution, ensuring our talent solutions are delivered with precision, speed, and profitability.
As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for scaling our service delivery models, optimizing recruitment funnels, and managing the operational infrastructure of our Ikeja-based firm. We are looking for a Chartered HR Professional with a "growth-hacking" mindset who can turn strategic objectives into actionable, revenue-generating plans.
Requirements:
1. Strategic Growth & Revenue Optimization
Business Scaling: Develop and execute operational roadmaps that support the expansion of our HR advisory and workforce support services.
Profitability Management: Oversee the P&L of the operations department, identifying cost-saving efficiencies without compromising service quality.
Service Innovation: Continually refine our HR consulting products to ensure they remain competitive and value-driven for our diverse client base.
2. Operational Excellence & Talent Delivery
Recruitment Funnel Oversight: Optimize the end-to-end recruitment process to improve "Time-to-Fill" and "Quality-of-Hire" metrics for our clients.
SOP Development: Design and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all consulting units to ensure consistency in client delivery.
Technology Integration: Lead the implementation of HRIS and ATS tools to automate manual workflows and improve data-driven decision-making.
3. Leadership & Organizational Governance
Team Mentorship: Lead and develop a high-performance team of consultants and recruiters, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all firm operations and client advisories align with the Nigerian Labour Act and current global HR best practices.
Stakeholder Management: Serve as a senior liaison for high-value clients, ensuring their talent needs are met through strategic workforce support.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Leadership Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a Strategic Leadership role, preferably within a consulting or professional services environment.
Mandatory Certification: Must hold a professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, or PHRi).
Location: Must be available for full-time work in Ikeja, Lagos.
Core Competencies
Strategic Execution: Proven ability to translate complex business goals into actionable project plans.
Operational IQ: Deep understanding of HR consulting workflows, recruitment metrics, and workforce management.
Analytical Thinking: Mastery of data analysis to track operational KPIs and financial health.
