Job Description:

Are you a visionary technology leader ready to drive innovation? We are seeking a strategic Head of IT & Business Innovation to spearhead our technology vision. In this pivotal role, you will lead the development, management, and implementation of IT and business innovation strategies. You will collaborate closely with executive leadership to identify high-impact business opportunities, leveraging cutting-edge technology solutions to drive revenue growth and operational excellence.

Requirements:

• Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the organization’s technology roadmap, ensuring seamless alignment with broader business objectives.

• IT Service Management (ITSM): Design, develop, and manage a comprehensive ITSM landscape using industry best practices and advanced toolsets.

• Operational Oversight: Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of IT systems, covering design, development, operation, and support. Manage essential functions including IT service management, vendor relations, customer management, data centers, telecommunications, and cybersecurity.

• Data & Security Governance: Maintain rigorous standards for data management, protection, information security, and proactive risk management.

• Innovation & Emerging Tech: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to keep our support services competitive and efficient.

• Financial Management: Develop and oversee the annual IT and operations budget, ensuring fiscal responsibility and alignment with strategic enterprise goals.

• Performance Reporting: Prepare compelling executive-level presentations and business cases that translate complex technical data into clear, actionable business insights.

• Support Hub Maturity: Lead the growth of the support hub to maximize efficiency and foster cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: B.Sc. or HND in Computer Science or a related technical field.

• Experience: Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in IT solutions, with demonstrated success in a technology services organization.

• Leadership: Proven track record in managing and mentoring teams of 10+ individuals.

• Project Management: Extensive experience overseeing complex, large-scale IT projects.

• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in business capability modeling and customer journey mapping techniques.
