We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• As Head of Investor and Relationship Management, you will lead the firm’s investor relations strategy, ensuring transparent and timely communication with shareholders, institutional investors, and sell-side analysts.
• You’ll coordinate quarterly earnings calls, support annual meetings, and champion a “sales-first” culture across the organization.
• This role is pivotal in driving strategic engagement and fostering trust among stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute investor relations frameworks for the Group and its investee companies.
• Draft investor-facing materials including press releases, presentations, and annual reports.
• Ensure frameworks include measurable KPIs and annual milestones.
• Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and external stakeholders.
• Align communications with organizational goals and regulatory expectations.
• Lead annual revisions of frameworks based on performance insights.
• Implement the Board-approved J10 policy within the first year.
• Lead market intelligence and economic analysis initiatives to inform strategic decisions.
• Promote and embed a “sales-first” mindset across teams.
• Design training programs and monitor adoption metrics.

Requirements:

• BSc in Finance, Business, or related field
• Advanced degree or professional certification preferred
• 8–12+ years of experience in investor relations, financial analysis, or capital markets
• Deep understanding of financial markets, instruments, and data interpretation
• Exceptional written and verbal skills for investor-facing materials
• Proven ability to build trust with stakeholders and internal teams
• Strong modeling and market analysis capabilities
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.
