We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• We are seeking a highly driven and commercially focused Head of Investment to lead CredPal’s investment vertical with a primary focus on deposit mobilization and growth of investment inflows.
• This role will be responsible for driving large-scale capital inflows into CredPal’s investment products by building strong distribution channels, cultivating high-net-worth and institutional investor relationships, and ensuring consistent growth in assets under management.
• The ideal candidate combines strong fundraising and investor relationship capabilities with deep investment and market expertise.

Responsibilities
Deposit Mobilization & Investor Acquisition:

• Lead and execute aggressive deposit mobilization strategies to drive consistent inflows into CredPal’s investment products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), corporate clients, institutional investors, and distribution partners.
• Develop scalable channels for investment acquisition including partnerships, wealth advisors, and digital investment funnels.
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and growth teams to design campaigns and initiatives that drive investment inflows.

Investment Strategy & Product Development:

• Develop and implement investment strategies for funds mobilized through CredPal’s investment platform.
• Collaborate with product and growth teams to design attractive investment products that meet customer needs and drive deposit growth.
• Continuously refine investment offerings to remain competitive within the fintech and financial services market.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

• Track performance of the investment portfolio and provide detailed reporting to executive leadership.
• Monitor key metrics such as assets under management (AUM), investor growth, and return performance.

Investor Relations & Stakeholder Management:

• Maintain strong relationships with investors, providing transparency and regular updates on investment performance and market outlook.
• Represent CredPal’s investment products to potential investors, partners, and stakeholders.

Team Leadership:

• Build and lead a high-performing investment and deposit mobilization team focused on growth and performance.
• Foster a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.

Strategic Growth & Expansion:

• Identify new channels, partnerships, and strategies to scale investment inflows and expand CredPal’s investment business.
• Support the company’s broader financial strategy by ensuring strong liquidity through consistent deposit growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA, CFA, or relevant professional certification is an advantage.
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in investment management, wealth management, asset management, or capital raising roles within financial services, fintech, or investment firms.
• Proven track record of successfully mobilizing large investment deposits and growing assets under management (AUM) through strong investor networks and distribution channels.
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), institutional investors, corporate clients, and strategic investment partners.
• Strong understanding of investment products, fixed income instruments, treasury placements, and capital deployment strategies.
• Deep knowledge of financial markets, macroeconomic trends, and investment opportunities that support portfolio growth and capital preservation.
• Proven leadership ability with experience building and managing high-performing investment or wealth teams focused on deposit growth and investor acquisition.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence sophisticated investors and stakeholders.
