Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of HR & Operations to oversee both human capital and operational excellence across the organisation. This role reports directly to the Executive Leadership Team and is critical in driving workforce performance, operational efficiency, and organisational growth.

Key Responsibilities
HR Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Drive learning and development, performance management, and culture transformation.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and corporate policies.

Operations Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end operations across service lines including power, HVAC, janitorial, landscaping, and maintenance.
• Develop operational policies, SOPs, and KPIs to ensure service excellence.
• Lead, mentor, and manage operational teams for efficiency and accountability.
• Collaborate with leadership to align operational capacity with business growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven track record in workforce management, operational excellence, and strategic leadership.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws, HR compliance, and operational best practices.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Added advantage: Master’s degree or professional HR certifications (CIPM, SHRM, CIPD).
• Minimum 8 years progressive HR and operations leadership experience, preferably in service-driven industries.
